Photo taken at Milton Reimer's Ranch Park located in the Texas Hill Country just west of Austin, Texas. Reimer's Ranch is a popular location for hikers, mountain bikers, and rock climbers. The ranch is a Travis County park with almost 3 miles of continuous frontage along the Pedernales River.

Great capture Judy. Several years ago, I drove over the Pedernales River (near Austin) and it was completely dried up. This was when we were going through a pretty serious drought. I think it's probably recovered since then.
