Photo taken at Zilker Park, in Austin, Texas. Zilker Metropolitan Park is considered "Austin's most-loved park." This 351-acre park is home to a variety of recreation opportunities and special events for individuals and families.

One of the fastest growing water sports in the World, stand up paddle boarding is growing by leaps and bounds. You can do it on any body of water from oceans, lakes, rivers and bays. Laird Hamilton and Dave Kalama developed paddle surfing for the modern water sports world. The first "modern" surfer to bring Stand Up Paddle Surfing out of Hawaii and to the mainland United States was Vietnam veteran Rick Thomas.
